We have forged long-standing relationships with sustainable growers in Southern California and spent years developing a process to move our roses swiftly and carefully from the field to your door, under ideal conditions for freshness. To ensure superior quality, we monitor every step of our roses’ journey and do not permit our roses to be handled outside of our supervision.

What is Roseshire’s arrival guarantee?

Your roses should arrive in pristine condition and make an extraordinary impression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within seven days of receiving your roses and we will work with you to make it right!


What is Roseshire’s Return Policy?

There are no returns and all sales are final unless the product was not received or was received and damaged.

How are Roseshire roses shipped?

Roseshire ships all products priority, overnight via FedEx. Arrival time of your product is between 9am and noon for most places in the US (more rural areas arrival time is by 4:30pm), on the delivery date you specify. Packages do not require a signature, due to the fragility of the roses. Please be sure the recipient will be at their home/business! Roseshire is not responsible if packages are stolen or a gate code (if required to a residential complex) is not supplied to us during your order process. Under rare occasions that there is a delay of your order due to severity of weather, Roseshire takes full responsibility.

Roseshire ships free in the continental US* on orders over 1 dozen. 

*Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping fee of $50. We do not currently offer international shipping.

What will my personal greeting look like?

Roseshire commissions a selection of custom designed greeting cards to convey your message. Your message is printed on quality stationary and hand waxed into a linen envelope.

How does Roseshire package its roses?

Roseshire deliveries arrive in a plain outer package to protect the Roseshire presentation box within. We balance the need to guard our roses against humidity and high temperatures with a desire for minimal impact to the environment, and we designed Roseshire packaging accordingly. Please recycle all paper-based packaging material.

How can I keep my roses fresh?

Roseshire roses arrive within hours of being cut in the field. We keep them in ideal conditions, handle them tenderly and place them in packaging designed to absorb shocks and protect against humidity. With proper care, they should last 5-10 days. Though we dethorn our roses, we recommend wearing gloves when handling the stems, just in case. A sharp, clean pair of shears is also a good idea.

  • Dissolve the rose food into lukewarm water.
  • Remove any leaves that may touch the water.*
  • Use clean, sharp cutters to trim the stems on a diagonal, ¼” from the bottom, for maximum water absorption.
  • Place stems into water immediately.
  • Change the water every three days, adding more rose food to the fresh water.
  • Top up the water as it evaporates to ensure the roses are never thirsty.

*Leaves will introduce bacteria to the water, causing roses to wilt more quickly.
