DOMESTIC PRIORITY SHIPPING
We ship all our domestic fresh rose packages with overnight shipping the day before your delivery date to keep the roses as fresh as possible. Our cutoff time for next day delivery on in-stock items is 12 pm PST. The delivery date can be selected up to 2 months in advance.
All fresh rose domestic packages are shipped with UPS, FedEx, GLS (California) or OTD (Florida) Overnight. Your delivery timeframe will be updated once your shipping label is created. Please allow until end of day for busy seasons like holidays, as well as remote locations.
Packages do not require signature so please make sure the recipient will be home. RoseShire is not responsible for stolen packages or delivery failure if a gate entry code is not supplied during your order process. In the rare event your order is delayed due to severe weather, please contact our customer service team.
We can deliver to PO Boxes with Ground Shipping for preserved roses only. We are not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO or PO boxes for Overnight Shipping of fresh roses, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We are unable to make changes to your order once your item is in transit or already processed by our RoseShire team.
DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING
Our preserved rose domestic packages are shipped with UPS or USPS. We offer ground shipping on our preserved roses only. The delivery date is not guaranteed, please allow 3 - 6 business days after your package ships for delivery. In stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Please check the estimated ship date on the product details page as some items are pre-order only and can take up to a couple weeks to ship.
We are not able to ship to APO/FPO/DPO or PO boxes, we apologize for the inconvenience.
