AN UPDATE FROM ROSESHIRE
Time may change, but love doesn’t. The Roseshire team is here during these uncertain times to help service your emotions during these next weeks. Although we’re running a limited operation, we will try our very best to accommodate all of your requests. Our goal is to still bring about an experience of happiness, for you and those you care about!
In light of the developments regarding COVID-19, we’re writing to let you know that the health and safety of our community is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the situation and following the guidelines from the CDC and WHO. You can still order from us online and your order will be delivered on the same schedule. Our warehouse will continue to operate with increased safety precautions and handle your order with the utmost care.

All administrative employees are working from home. We are limiting the number of employees at the warehouse at a given time and have also created a daily max order to accommodate our smaller staff. All individual work stations are separated by at least 6 feet. We have closed our offices for pickup orders to the public, online orders only.
Warehouse staff are wearing gloves and aprons. Masks are mandatory for anyone that has a cough. All employees have been told not to come to work if sick and symptom checks are being conducted before employees may enter the workspace.
We have increased our cleaning schedule. Disinfectant, hand sanitizer and related supplies are available to all employees. Breakrooms, bathrooms and other common areas are being disinfected frequently as well as the main warehouse and office spaces.
