About the bouquet
Roseshire is an experience, not an arrangement. Every delivery is hand assembled, from the hand-sealed wax on your recipients card, to every rose being hand-manicured and placed into its own individual water vial. The design was based around gifts, and the "big reveal" when opened. We guarantee full eyes and emotions when your recipient opens a package from us.
Stem sizes may vary from 17” - 24” in length. Roses are hand arranged and arrive in our trademark Roseshire Box.
What’s unique about roses from Roseshire?
We believe extraordinary roses should overwhelm you with their beauty and superior quality. Unlike other florists, we handle only roses. To that end, we’ve developed a swift and careful process to bring our flowers from their fields to your door. We monitor every step of our roses’ journey and do not permit them to be handled outside of our supervision. We have close relationships with sustainable growers in Central America and even some in California for top local product when possible.
What is your quality guarantee?
Your roses will arrive in pristine condition and make an extraordinary impression. If you are not satisfied with your roses for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of their arrival, and we will work with you to make it right.
Do you have a return policy?
We do not accept returns, as fresh flowers cannot survive a two-way trip. In the event your package was damaged or never arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. We want you to have the best experience possible.
How will my roses be delivered?
We ship all products via FedEx Priority Overnight. Arrival time is 9 AM - Noon for most places in the USA. In more rural areas, arrival is by 4:30 PM on your specified delivery date. Due to the fragile nature of the contents, packages do not require a signature. Please be sure the recipient will be present at the delivery address! Roseshire is not responsible for stolen packages, or delivery failure if a gate entry code is not supplied during your order process. In the rare event your order is delayed due to severe weather, we WILL take full responsibility. (Lawyers call that an Act of God…but since that’s who grew the roses, we’ve got his—or her—back.)
Single-dozen orders incur a $30 shipping charge.
Shipping is FREE for boxes of 2, 3, or 4 dozen roses in the lower 48*.
There is a $10 surcharge for ALL orders delivered on a Saturday.
Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping fee of $50.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
What will my personal greeting look like?
Choose one of our special greeting cards and your personal message will be printed on quality stationary, secured in a linen envelope, hand-stamped and sealed with wax. Elegance!
How does Roseshire package its roses?
Your roses arrive within hours of being cut in the field. We handle them tenderly and package them to protect against shock, heat, and humidity. A plain brown delivery parcel encloses your special Roseshire presentation box.
We balance the need to protect our roses with the desire for minimal impact to the environment, and we’ve designed our packaging accordingly. You can help by recycling all paper-based material.
How long will my roses last, and how can I keep them fresh?
They should last 5-10 days with proper care. For maximum enjoyment, follow these guidelines:
Lift your roses from the packaging and remove the water jackets from the stems. Be careful, just in case we missed any thorns.
Fill your favorite vase 3/4 full with lukewarm water and stir in a food packet.
Use clean, sharp shears to trim the stems diagonally, ¼” from the bottom, for maximum water absorption.
Remove any low-hanging leaves that may touch the vase water—leaves will rot and cause the roses to wilt.
Place stems into water immediately. Top off the water daily to to ensure the roses are never thirsty.
Change the water completely every three days, adding more rose food to the fresh water.
